The nutrition-based MHP behavioral program focuses on three elements of change, thus being memorable with low barriers of adoption. The program promotes the tag line “Start small. Win big.” to illustrate both where the program can be most effective: at prevention (very early age) and the potential outcomes of prevention (lower health risks, more active life style).
